New Road Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant with enthusiasm, commitment and a positive approach and attitude.
About You:
- Be an excellent Teaching Assistant with high expectations of all pupils
- Be passionate about child-centred learning
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Preferably have experience of working with young people as aTeaching Assistant
- Be able to make a positive contribution to the ethos of our school
- Have a firm commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities for all
Criteria for role:
- Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent Grade C or above
- A good standard of education across a range of subjects
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills – equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths
