JOB TITLE: Driver
JOB REFERENCE: DRV 06/23
REPORTING TO: Reception Manager.
HOURS: 6pm-11pm, 4 to 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
LOCATION: Galgorm (Ballymena).
SALARY: £11.42 Per Hr
About the role:
As driver your role is of the utmost importance as you are responsible for the transportation of our guests both on and off site. We are looking for someone with a friendly, welcoming attitude who will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service, every time.
This role will require you to ensure your knowledge of the resort and surrounding area is continually up to date, Maintain cleanliness of the vehicles and work within our health and safety guidelines to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.

The Position:
The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to;
- Offering an outstanding level of consistent, friendly, and efficient customer care to all guests and visitors to the Resort.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Resort and displaying a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- Transport our guests both on and off site
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and reporting vehicle faults/issues to management in a timely manner
The Person:
Applicants must:
- A full clean driving licence is essential to meet the requirements of the role.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area.
- Display a flexible work approach.
Desirable;
- Previous professional driving experience
- Have previously worked in a customer service role.
- Have previous experience in the hospitality sector.
