SENIOR UX RESEARCHER - PERMANENT - £75,000 P/A
My client are a leading UK retailer that are looking to grow their creative teams and are on the market for a Senior UX researcher to join them.
The Role:
- By embedding with our highest priority cross functional product teams, you will lead on ensuring that that qualitative research with our customers is at the heart of everything they do.

Leading research in a given product area, working closely with the Product Manager in identifying key research questions and high-risk assumptions being made- Ensure all products are tested with real users at the earliest possible stage of development.
- Lead on customer discovery interviews, bringing the whole team on the journey with you.
- Mentor others to do lighter weight research, freeing you up to do the high-impact work across product teams
- Work hand-in-hand with product and design to ensure the qualitative research undertaken is of a high quality, in order for it to form the heart of prioritisation decisions.
- You must have a background working within Fashion/Ecommerce or Retail UX Research
What we are offering:
- Permanent full-time work
- £75,000 per annum + benefits
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in London)
