We are seeking a number of Customer Service Advisers to join our client, a renowned high-street banking organisation.
We need you to have:
- Previous experience of communicating well with customers (minimum 1 year call centre experience)

Ability to pay close attention to detail, whilst working in a fast paced environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC Literate with demonstrable administration skills
- Able to manage a variety of different workloads and processes, at any one given time.
- Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong service delivery ethic, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight time scales, with imposed deadlines for the completion of the work.
The role:
- Validating documents and closing deceased customers account while supporting the family members at every step of the process
- Providing specialist bereavement support
- Supporting customers who require additional support through their most difficult times, e.g. advising the loss of a loved one, experiencing health issues, undergoing other life changing events.
- Working as part of a large and diverse team where everyone works together to achieve an excellent customer experience
- As we're a regulated organisation, we need you to work within the appropriate regulatory frameworks we follow.
- Being flexible in your approach and willing to get involved in other areas of the department where the customer needs us.
- Pay rate - 11.42 per hour
- A 35-hour working week
- Working hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
- Location: Remote working or on site in Leeds
