Customer Service Apprentice


 

The Apprenticeship Agreement will be a fixed term for the length of the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

This position would suit someone looking to embark on a career in Customer Service.

Hours of work for this position are either 35 hours per week or, 16 to 30 hours per week.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, the role will include answering and taking inbound calls; you'll gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to respond to individual customers to fulfil their needs— solving their queries, providing support, adding value, or selling the right products and packages for them. You will be part of the team contributing to meeting company objectives and goals. The successful candidate should be computer literate; however, full training will be given.

There will be many opportunities to develop within the Team, and every day is different. You will gain excellent customer service skills, learn about tech and the different products we sell, and be part of our growing Team.
