Call Centre Agent [United Kingdom]


 

PN Daly are currently seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our Water Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible to engage with the customers and arrange appointments for our field based teams to complete water efficiency surveys.

Purpose

To book Severn Trent Water customers a free of charge appointment to investigate alarms on their water meter, provide a water efficiency survey and deliver an outstanding customer service. Your key responsibility will be making outbound calls to book appointments for our water technicians to attend together with supporting scheduling team with admin duties.

Key capabilities:

  • Worked in a call centre environment making inbound or outbound calls.
  • Customer service or sales related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Articulate and customer focused.
  • Ability to work to targets.
  • Think clearly and act decisively.
  • Computer literate for the use of a range of office software, including email, Excel spread sheets and databases and Microsoft Office.

Role is based at our PN Daly Office in Lichfield. This is a full time permanent role.
Training will be provided.

Immediate start available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,672.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lichfield, WS13 6RR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
